We have had to buy and sell a few homes/properties over the past 10 years. Curtis has been extremely wonderful to work with. Some of our properties were difficult due to locations, septic systems and wells, flood zone, title issues, etc. and he helped us navigate the issues to help us sell or buy the various properties. With his knowledge and experience, he has helped other Realtors so their clients could close on our homes. Curtis kept me calm and always found a solution. I appreciate him always making things easy such as getting good pictures to show us off well in a listings or getting a mobile notary to meet with my difficult schedule. He even got one of our homes sold during COVID which was not easy and made it comfortable for all. Our last property, the movers forgot a couple things and he went to pick them up and is helping me to get these items. Wow! I highly recommend him and his great Team.
